Real Estate Post
A PVC real estate post one person can install without a shovel. Hammer the ground stake in, slide the post over it, and hang your sign from the arm. Arm, stake, caps, and hanging hardware store inside the post. We UV print double sided aluminum sandwich board signs, waterproof and pre drilled for hanging.
The small post takes 24 x 18 in or 24 x 36 in signs (up to 36 in). The large post takes 36 x 24 in or 36 x 48 in signs (up to 48 in). Optional riders come in 24 x 6 in and 36 x 6 in.

File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: PDF or JPEG preferred (single page). PNG, AI, PSD, EPS and TIFF also accepted
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two spearate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
Additional Tips
- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available

- Place your order. Pick your size, options, and check out.
- Review your proof. Our team builds a digital mockup of your finished product.
- Approve it. Nothing goes to print until you sign off on the proof.
- We print and ship. Production starts the moment you approve.

Production Timeline
Orders enter production once you approve your digital proof. Standard production runs 5 business days. We never offer same-day: quality first.
Artwork & Proofs
After checkout, we email you a free digital proof of your uploaded artwork to approve within 1 business day. Production begins once you approve.
Shipping
Ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders deliver within 1 to 5 business days after production completes. Expedited shipping available, so message us before ordering.
Reorders
Your artwork and configuration are saved with your order. Reordering takes one click, and we re-quote at current rates. No rebuilding your setup.
