Refund & Reprint Policy

Every EZ Merch Now product is custom-made to order and printed to the artwork you approve. Because each item is produced specifically for you, our policy is built around getting it right before we print, with a proof on every order, and standing behind our work if something is wrong with the print.
Proof: nothing prints until you approve
After you order, our team prepares a digital proof of your artwork at size. We do not begin production until you approve that proof. This is your chance to catch typos, layout, sizing, and color expectations. Please review your proof carefully. The approved proof is the agreement. Once you approve it, your job goes straight to print.
All sales final on approved custom prints
Because our products are custom-printed to your approved proof, all sales are final once you approve. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size or option, or artwork issues that were present in the proof you approved. Custom-printed goods cannot be restocked or resold.
If the mistake was in the proof you approved (a typo, the wrong color, or a size or option you selected), we cannot offer a free reprint or refund. Depending on the situation, we may offer a discount toward a reprint, at our discretion. This is decided case by case and is not guaranteed. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will see what we can do.
Defective or incorrect orders (our error)
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or different from the proof you approved, that is on us. Contact us within 30 days with photos and we will reprint it free or refund it, at our discretion. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
What this does not cover
- Errors present in the proof you approved (typos, layout, wrong option or size). These are not eligible for a free reprint or refund. We may offer a discount toward a reprint at our discretion, case by case.
- Low-resolution, low-quality, or incorrectly formatted artwork that you supplied.
- Minor color variation within normal printing tolerance. Screen colors and printed colors can differ; request a color-critical review before approving if exact color is essential.
- Carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control once an order has shipped.
Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof, since production has not yet started. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the order can no longer be canceled.
How to start a claim
Email hello@ezmerchnow.com with your order number and photos. We respond to every claim. If the error is on our end, we reprint free or refund. If the error was in artwork you approved, we may offer a discount toward a reprint at our discretion, decided case by case.
