These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EZ Merch Now website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are entered into between you and EZ Merch Now, 2806 Azalea Pl, Nashville, TN 37204 ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Custom, made-to-order products

EZ Merch Now produces custom-printed trade-show and signage products made to order from the artwork and options you select. Products are manufactured specifically for you and are not held in stock.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices, options, and product availability at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Pricing for repeat orders and reorders is not guaranteed and is quoted at then-current rates at the time the reorder is placed; saved artwork and configuration do not lock in any prior price.

3. Your artwork and intellectual property

By submitting artwork, logos, or other materials, you represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to use them and that they do not infringe any third party's rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your materials solely to produce your order. You remain responsible for the content of what you submit; we are not liable for trademark, copyright, or licensing issues arising from materials you provide.

4. Proofs and approval

We provide a digital proof for your approval before production. Production begins only after you approve your proof. You are responsible for reviewing the proof for spelling, layout, sizing, color expectations, and accuracy.

5. Production and shipping times

Production time begins after proof approval and is separate from shipping/transit time. Stated turnaround and delivery windows are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by product, quantity, and carrier conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

6. Returns

Custom-printed products are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed events.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
