Production time

Production time depends on the product: most printed items are ready in about 6 business days, while larger booths and lit signs run 8 to 13 business days. Each product page lists its exact lead time. The clock starts when you approve your free digital proof, not when you place the order, so the faster you approve the faster we ship.

Orders placed before 12pm Central with approved art on file usually move to production the same day. Orders placed after that, or with art that needs adjustment, move the next business day.

Shipping & transit times

Depending on weight and size, your order ships UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or LTL freight, whichever is the right carrier for the job. You will see the exact cost and method at checkout. Here is a general transit guide after production wraps:

Carrier is selected based on the weight and size of your order. Exact transit depends on your delivery address and which facility produces your item. Production time is shown on each product page. Most US orders arrive within about a week of the order date, and your exact shipping cost and method are calculated at checkout.

Need it faster? Use the bulk quote form and tell us the event date. We will price rush production (when possible) and expedited shipping options. We are honest if it cannot be done.

Shipping to event venues

Yes, we ship directly to convention centers, hotels, and event venues. Put the venue address as the ship-to. In the order notes, include:

  • Show name and dates
  • Booth number
  • Exhibitor or company name on the booking
  • The venue's preferred receiving window (if known)

We will label the boxes with that info so the venue's receiving dock can route them correctly. We recommend shipping to arrive 2 to 3 business days before move-in to give yourself a buffer.

Return policy

Custom-printed products carry your logo, so they are not returnable for refund. This is standard across the custom print industry. Once your art is on a banner or canopy, there is no resale path for us.

What we do offer:

  • 30-day defect window from delivery date
  • Replacement when a defect is confirmed for any production defect (misprint, wrong size, ripped, frame damage)
  • Fast turnaround on a confirmed replacement
  • Resolution at our discretion: once a defect is confirmed, an appropriate resolution may include a corrected replacement or a refund, at our discretion

If your order is wrong because there is a production defect, we make it right. If your order is wrong because the artwork you approved had a typo, the digital proof is the agreement, and we cannot provide a free reprint or refund; we may offer a discount toward a reprint at our discretion, case by case. Always check the proof carefully.

What counts as a defect

If your order arrives with any of the following, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will review it and work with you to make it right.

MisprintColors, logos, or text differ from your approved digital proof.
Torn or damagedPhysical damage to canopy, banner, flag, or frame from production or transit.
Wrong sizeThe size shipped does not match the size on your order confirmation.
Wrong productThe product type or color shipped is not what you ordered.
Missing partsFrame, base, carry bag, or required hardware missing from the shipment.
Frame defectBent, cracked, or non-functioning frame parts straight out of the box.
How to report a defect Email us through the contact form with your order number, a description, and 2 to 3 photos. We respond inside 1 business day with next steps. If an order arrives defective or not as approved, contact us within 30 days with photos and an appropriate resolution may include a corrected replacement or a refund at our discretion.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states including AK and HI). We are not yet set up for Canada, Mexico, or international destinations. If you need international shipping, use the bulk quote form and we can sometimes arrange a freight-forwarder option for larger orders.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Currently we ship each order to one address. For multi-location distribution, contact us via the bulk quote form and tell us what you need. We will work out a multi-shipment plan and pricing.
