Custom-printed items are not returnable. If the defect is on our end (wrong color, misprint, damaged in transit), contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Yes. After you upload artwork, we generate a digital proof. We only start production after you approve it.

Our pricing is flat. The first unit costs what the 500th unit costs. No automatic sliding tiers, which makes quoting trivial and you can build your own quote. For large or recurring runs, the bulk quote form is where we can sharpen pricing on the configurator with no rep call.
