How It Works
Custom printed gear, made to order, with a proof on every order. Here is exactly how it works from click to delivery.
1. Pick your product and options
Browse by category, choose your size, material and finishing options, and the price updates live as you build. No minimums and no waiting on a quote for most items. What you configure is what you pay. Ordering in bulk or a full booth setup? Use the bulk quote form instead.
2. Download your design template
On the product page, open the Design Templates tab and download the template for your item. It is sized correctly with the bleed and safe areas marked, so your design lines up perfectly when we print it.
3. Build your artwork on the template
Drop your design into the template exactly the way you want it printed. We print what you upload, so set the file up the way it should look. We do not create or alter artwork. Need a hand with file specs? See our Design Help guide.
4. Upload your print-ready file
Upload your finished artwork right on the product page before you add to cart, or upload it within 24 hours of ordering. No file yet? Skip it and check out, and we will email you a secure upload link so you can send it after. Orders placed without artwork are held until we receive it, so send your file within 24 hours to keep your order moving.
5. Add to cart and check out
Check out securely like any online order. Your configured size, options and price travel with the item all the way to your order.
6. Approve your proof
We build a digital proof showing your design at size. Nothing goes to print until you approve it. This is your chance to check spelling, layout and color.
7. We print and finish
Once you approve, your order goes into production. Production time starts after proof approval and varies by product. Most printed items are quick, while booths and lit signs take longer. Each product page shows its production time.
8. It ships to you
We pack and ship your order from the US with tracking. Production time and transit time are separate, and your product page plus order updates show what to expect.
Our promise
