How fast can you actually ship a trade-show booth?

Production varies by product. After artwork approval, most printed items take about 6 business days, while booths and lit signs take 8-13, plus shipping time. If your event is close, tell us on the quote form and we will be straight with you about whether it works.

What if I need it sooner than the standard lead time?

Standard production time is shown on each product page. Expedited production may be available on some items for an additional fee, depending on our current workload. Contact us via the bulk quote form with your products and event date, and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Can I mix and match products from different packages?

Yes. Use Customize on any package as a starting point, or build entirely from our full catalog. Cart presets are just shortcuts: every product is independently addable.

What artwork formats do you accept?

Best: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with text outlined. Also fine: high-res PNG/JPG at 150 DPI at final print size. We send a free downloadable template for every product, sized correctly with bleed marks. If your art is wrong size we'll resize it in pre-press.

How long does setup take at the show?

A 10ft tent is a 2-person job, 8-12 minutes. The retractable banner stand is under 90 seconds. Feather flags clip into their pole in under 2 minutes. We ship setup instructions with every order and there are short videos on each product page.

Can I reorder a year later with the same art?

Yes: your artwork stays on file. Send us your previous order number from the contact form or message us on the site and we re-print to spec, no re-charge for art prep (unit pricing reflects current rates). Reorders ship in the same lead time as new orders. See each product page.

Do you ship to event venues directly?

Yes. Put the venue address as the ship-to, include the show name and booth number in the order notes, and we will label the boxes correctly for the venue's receiving dock. Most major US convention venues are familiar to our shipping team.

What if my artwork is not ready when I order?

Order anyway. We do not start production until you approve your digital proof, so the clock starts when your art lands. Just don't sit on the proof for a week: that eats your lead time.

Can I get a discount on a full booth package?

For our published Solo / Pro / Premium / Mega packages, the price is the price (we keep margins thin so we can ship faster than the big guys; see each product page for lead times). For custom builds, repeat orders, or 16+ unit quantities, use the bulk quote form: that is where we can sharpen pricing.

What is your return / re-print policy?

If we make a printing mistake or the product arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Custom-printed gear is not returnable for refund (it has your logo on it): but if something is wrong on our end, we own it.
