Real Estate Frame
A drop in yard sign frame for lawns, medians, and other soft ground. The 25.25 x 43 in (about 26 x 43 in) steel frame has a rust resistant black powder coat, and the pointed legs stake into turf with no tools. It holds one double sided 18 x 24 in coroplast sign and a 6 x 24 in rider, both held by clips, and takes other rigid substrates too. Keep art 0.75 in from the edges the frame covers.

Please note:
It is advisable to keep important graphic elements at least .75" inches from the edge of the sign and rider, as the frame may cover the outer edges.

- Accepted File Formats: PDF or JPEG preferred (single page). PNG, AI, PSD, EPS and TIFF also accepted
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available
