Real Estate A-Frame
A black steel A-frame sidewalk sign sized for a 24 x 18 in double sided 4mm coroplast print, with a rider clamp for a second message. We UV print both sides in full color, and front and back can carry different art. Zip ties are included. Add an optional 24 x 6 in double sided coroplast rider or a single sided red open house pennant flag and pole. Realtors set these at the curb for listings and open houses.

File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: PDF or JPEG preferred (single page). PNG, AI, PSD, EPS and TIFF also accepted
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available
