Podium
A printed fabric wrap that turns the hard shipping case from our fabric displays into a branded podium. It slips over the case and zips together in back. We dye sublimate your art at 720 x 720 on 8.8 oz tension fabric, scratch resistant and washable. Assembled it measures 37 in wide, 37 in high, 20 in deep; the package is 39 x 21 x 15 in. Use it as a greeting counter in your booth.

- Accepted File Formats: PDF or JPEG preferred (single page). PNG, AI, PSD, EPS and TIFF also accepted
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
Additional Tips
- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available

How to submit your artwork
Upload your print-ready art file directly on this product page before adding to cart. Here's the full process:
- Upload your file here. Use the file upload field on this page. Max 20MB. If your file is larger than 20MB, email it to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get it.
- Place your order. Pick your size, options, and check out.
- Review your proof. Our team builds a digital mockup of your finished product.
- Approve it. Nothing goes to print until you sign off on the proof.
- We print and ship. Production starts the moment you approve.

Production Timeline
Orders enter production once you approve your digital proof. Standard production runs 7 business days. We never offer same-day: quality first.
Artwork & Proofs
After checkout, we email you a free digital proof of your uploaded artwork to approve within 1 business day. Production begins once you approve.
Shipping
Ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders deliver within 1 to 5 business days after production completes. Expedited shipping available, so message us before ordering.
