Mesh Banner
A mesh banner for fences, scaffolding, and outdoor stages, where a solid banner would catch the wind and pull free. Your art is UV printed on 10 oz 70/30 matte vinyl mesh, waterproof and UV safe for indoor or outdoor use. Single sided banners run up to 10 ft x 145 ft in one piece, or 9.5 ft x 145 ft with a pole pocket; larger sizes are welded together. Double sided banners are two banners sewn back to back, up to 9.5 ft x 145 ft, with no oversized option. Hems and number 2 brass Stimpson grommets are free. Add pole pockets (a 2 in pocket fits poles up to 1 in, 3 in fits 1.5 in, 4 in fits 2 in, with a hemline that far from the edge), 1 in white velcro with the loop side on the banner, 1 in white nylon webbing with silver D rings, clear plastic banner tabs for reinforced corners, or 3/16 in and 5/16 in sewn in nylon rope, all stitched with white double thread. For street banners, large banners, or anything staying up a long time, we suggest webbing and reinforced corners, and use every grommet when you hang it.

Tips:
- Do I need special Banner finishing?
- Whether you are ordering a street banner, large banner, or a long time use banner it is suggested to have the following additonal finishing options selected:
- Webbing
- Reinforced Corners
- In addition to the finishing options it is suggested all grommets to be used upon installation
All grommets must be used during installation to prevent damage to banner.
File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: PDF or JPEG preferred (single page). PNG, AI, PSD, EPS and TIFF also accepted
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available

- A: Please see our recommendation below:
- 2” pole pocket accommodates 1” diameter pole and under
- 3” pole pocket accommodates 1.5” diameter pole and under
- 4” pole pocket accommodates 2” diameter pole and under
- Q: How to setup artwork files for pole pockets?
- A: Your submitted graphic should fit the dimensions of the print you ordered. There is no additional bleed required. There will be a hemline across the graphic, it will be 2", 3", or 4" from the edge of the graphic depending on what sized pole pocket you order.

Orders enter production once you approve your digital proof. Standard production runs 5 business days. We never offer same-day: quality first.
Artwork & Proofs
After checkout, we email you a free digital proof of your uploaded artwork to approve within 1 business day. Production begins once you approve.
Shipping
Ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders deliver within 1 to 5 business days after production completes. Expedited shipping available, so message us before ordering.
