Description
SEG or Silicon Edge Graphics can now be ordered at custom sizes to fit a customer's existing hardware extrusions. The same 6 oz polyester fabric we use with our SEG hardware is available in variable height and width. The fabric is direct UV printed in full CMYK and sewn with 10mm silicone keder.

File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two spearate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
Additional Tips
- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available
Note:
- Order size should match the visible graphic you require. Do not add additional bleed for the silicone edges.

- We print and ship. Production starts the moment you approve.

Orders enter production once you approve your digital proof. Standard production runs 6 business days. We never offer same-day: quality first.

After checkout, our design team reviews your uploaded artwork and emails a digital proof within 1 business day. Production begins once you approve.
Shipping
