Acrylic Prints
A 1/4 inch clear plexiglass sign with your image printed direct to the back in CMYK and flood white ink, so the acrylic face protects the print and gives it depth. Sizes are 16 x 24, 20 x 30, and 24 x 36 inches (no custom sizes). Each comes with 1 inch chrome finished standoffs and mounting screws, with 3/8 inch holes pre-drilled in each corner, inset 1.5 inches from the edges. The white backing is permanent; peeling it will damage the sign. Use it for office displays and home wall art.

Standoff Placement:
- Standoffs are 1" diameter, the holes for the standoffs are pre-drilled in each corner. The 3/8" diameter holes are inset 1.5" inches from the edges.
Please note:
Acrylic Signs have a white backing. Trying to peel or remove this backing will permanently damage the product. Please ensure your customers do not attempt to peel off the backing layer.
File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: PDF or JPEG preferred (single page). PNG, AI, PSD, EPS and TIFF also accepted
- Color Space: CMYK + W
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max upload 20MB. Files larger than 20MB, email them to hello@ezmerchnow.com and we'll get them.
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds

- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available

- Review your proof. Our team builds a digital mockup of your finished product.
- Approve it. Nothing goes to print until you sign off on the proof.
- We print and ship. Production starts the moment you approve.

Production Timeline
Orders enter production once you approve your digital proof. Standard production runs 6 business days. We never offer same-day: quality first.
Artwork & Proofs
After checkout, we email you a free digital proof of your uploaded artwork to approve within 1 business day. Production begins once you approve.
Shipping
Ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders deliver within 1 to 5 business days after production completes. Expedited shipping available, so message us before ordering.
