Production time

Production time depends on the product. Most printed items (banners, signs, flags, table covers) are made and on their way in about 6 business days. Larger custom booths and lit signs run 8 to 13 business days. Each product page lists its exact lead time. The clock starts when you approve your free digital proof, not when you place the order, so the faster you approve, the faster we ship. Stated lead times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Expedited production may be available on some items for an additional fee, depending on our current workload. Ask before you order and we will be honest about whether we can meet your date.

Shipping methods and cost

Orders ship within the United States by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or LTL freight, whichever is the right carrier for the weight and size of your order. Shipping is calculated by weight, and you will see the exact cost and method at checkout. Typical transit after production is about 1 to 2 business days within the same region, 2 to 4 business days to adjacent regions, and 4 to 5 business days coast to coast (including the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii). Shipping transit is in addition to production time and is a carrier estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Risk of loss and carrier delays

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender your order to the carrier. Transit times are set by the carrier and are outside our control. We are not liable for carrier delays, misrouting, refused deliveries, misdelivery to an address you provided, or damage in transit, and we do not refund or discount orders for missing an estimated delivery date. If your order is lost or arrives damaged by the carrier, contact us within 30 days and we will help you file a carrier claim. Please provide a correct, complete, deliverable address; reshipment caused by an incorrect address you provided is at your expense.

Shipping to event venues

We ship to event venues directly. Enter the venue address as the ship-to, and include the show name, dates, booth number, and exhibitor name in your order notes so we can label the boxes for the venue's receiving dock. We recommend shipping to arrive 2 to 3 business days before move-in as a buffer.

Returns

Custom-printed products carry your logo, so they are not returnable for refund. If your order arrives with a confirmed production defect or different from the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos; your remedy is a corrected reprint of the affected item, with a refund only where a reprint is not feasible, at our discretion.
